# Logistic Price List
This guide provides a detailed overview of the core logistics fees, outbound shipping, and customer return rates across Europe to help you effectively manage and calculate your operational costs.
#### 1. Core Service Fees (Standard Across All Markets)
These baseline fees apply globally to all items processed within the ABOUT YOU multi-warehouse infrastructure, regardless of the destination country.

| Return to Merchant Processing | Per Item | 0.9082 € | Processing costs for unsold inventory returned to the partner. |
**Non-Compliance Penalties:** Inbound Non-Compliant Fee: 0.25 € per shipment (applied if delivery requirements, such as inbound forecast volumes or delivery location splits, are not followed).
**Warehouse Non-Compliant Fee:** 0.50 € per shipment (applied if standard smart return re-allocation across all ABOUT YOU warehouses is restricted).
#### 2. Fulfillment Costs by Country (Shipping & Returns)
Outbound shipping and customer return processing fees are calculated at the shipment level and vary depending on the destination market.

#### 3. Important Billing & Operational Notes
* Combined Shipments Benefit: Due to our consolidated multi-item shipping approach, partners can benefit from highly optimized fulfillment rates compared to single-item direct-to-consumer shipping.
* Market Access Restrictions: Operating via the Hybrid model allows Fulfilment by Merchant (FbM) partners to unlock 100% of ABOUT YOU's geographical reach. While standard FbM models can only service about 55% of the revenue market footprint, utilizing FbAY grants automatic access to the remaining 45% of net revenue markets.
* Value-Added Services (VAS): All stated prices are baseline rates subject to change. Any inbound delivery errors that result in manually fixing packaging, labels, dimensions, or unapproved security tags will trigger extra processing fees on a per-case or per-piece basis as defined in the master operations guide.
