Understanding the Product Sync

When you connect your shop, the Seller Center automatically tries to sync any existing Seller Center products with Shopify. After the connection is active, creating new products as described below will also trigger an automatic sync.

If you ever notice a product hasn't synced, simply go to Manage Products and click Sync to Shopify Products to update it manually.

Creating Seller Center Products

Once your Shopify products are synced, you need to create corresponding Seller Center products to make them available on ABOUT YOU. There are three methods to do this:

  1. Add Products - This method allows you to create products one by one through the user interface, giving you full control over each product's details.

  2. Import Products - This method allows you to create multiple products at the same time using Excel templates, making it ideal for bulk product creation.

  3. Convert Shopify Products - This method allows you to create products directly from the Shopify variants that are already synced with the Seller Center, as seen in the previous section.
