Import Products

If you need to create multiple products at once, you can use the Excel import feature instead of adding products one by one through the UI. This method allows you to efficiently create products in bulk directly within the Seller Center, and like for the UI method, they will automatically sync with your Shopify store.

To import products via Excel:

Navigate to Products > Import Products in the sidebar.

Then click to New Import to start the import process.

In the Select Template step, choose the product category for your import. You can select multiple category levels (e.g., Fashion > Women > Tops > Blouse > Blouse). The system will generate a template specific to your selected category.

Once you've selected your categories, click "Generate Templates" to create your Excel template.

Download the generated Excel file and fill out all the required product information.

After completing your Excel file, return to the import process and upload your completed template in the Upload Data step.

The system will validate your data and notify you of any errors. If validation is successful, you'll see confirmation messages indicating your products have been created and synced with Shopify.

Your products are now created in the Seller Center and automatically synced with your Shopify store.

Both the UI and Excel methods will sync your created products to your Shopify shop via the EAN. If, for some reason, the created products are not visible in your Shopify shop, you can go to Manage Products and click Sync to Shopify Products, which will trigger a manual sync.

Now that we've covered creating products in bulk via Excel import, let's look at the third method. Converting your existing synced Shopify products directly into Seller Center products.
